(1)
This section is made for section 322(2) of the Act, definition a State’s legislation about damages for a work related injury, paragraph (b).
(2)
The provisions stated in schedule 12, column 3, opposite the name of a State in schedule 12, column 1, are declared to be the State’s legislation about damages for a work related injury.
