212 WorkCover funding and provision of programs and incentives—Act, s 385A
Each of the following entities is prescribed for section 385A(4) of the Act, definition prescribed entity—
the chief inspector under the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999;
the chief inspector under the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999;
the chief inspector under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004;
the general manager under the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002;
the chief executive of the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland);
the chief executive officer of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland).
