300A Application to chief executive to end suspension of authority
(1)
If a person’s working with children authority has been suspended for at least 6 months, the person may apply to the chief executive to end the suspension of the authority.
(2)
The application must be made—
(a)
in the approved form; and
(b)
in an approved way.
