551 Stay of operation of particular decisions of QCAT
(1)
Section 354A applies to a decision of QCAT mentioned in that section made after the commencement, even if the proceeding for the review started before the commencement.
(2)
A reference in section 354A to a negative notice is taken to include a reference to a negative exemption notice.
