32 Graduates and award holders
(1)
A person who has been awarded a degree, diploma, certificate or other award by or in the name of a prescribed university will, for the purposes of this Act, be taken to be a graduate of Adelaide University from the prescribed day for the university.
(2)
Adelaide University may exercise a power under section 9(1)(c) in relation to an award of a prescribed university after the prescribed day for the university.
