35 Accounting and reporting requirements
The obligation that a prescribed university would, had it continued in existence after the prescribed day for the university, have had—
(a)
to cause financial statements to be audited; or
(b)
to provide a report or other information, is an obligation of Adelaide University from the prescribed day for the university.
