36 Registration authorities
(1)
The Registrar‑General or another authority required or authorised by a law of the State to register or record transactions affecting assets or liabilities, or documents relating to such transactions, must, on application under this subclause, register or record in an appropriate manner a transfer or vesting under this Part.
(2)
No fee is payable in respect of a transfer or vesting under this Part or an application under this clause.
