43A Disqualification of members occupying seats in both Houses
(1)
No member of the Legislative Council shall be capable of being nominated as a candidate for election as a member of the House of
Assembly.
(2)
No member of the House of Assembly shall be capable of being chosen by an assembly of the members of both Houses of Parliament to supply a casual vacancy in the membership of the Legislative Council.
