56 Governor's Message
It shall be lawful for the Governor to transmit, by message, to the
Council or Assembly, for their consideration, any amendment which the Governor desires to be made in any Bill presented to the Governor for assent, and all such amendments shall be taken into consideration, in such convenient manner, as is provided in that behalf by the standing rules and orders.
