33 Authorised officers
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint a person to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this
Act.
(2)
An appointment must be made in writing and the Board must ensure that each authorised officer is issued with an identity card that complies with subsection (3).
(3)
An identity card—
(a)
must contain a photograph of the authorised officer;
and
(b)
must be signed by the authorised officer and a member of the
Board.
(4)
The Board may, for any reasonable cause, revoke the appointment of an authorised officer under this Act.
