54 Interpretation
In this Part—
assessment order—see section 54B(1)(a);
business day means a day that is not—
a Saturday or Sunday; or
a public holiday;
Court means the Youth Court of South
Australia;
detention order—see section 54B(1)(c);
domestic partner—a person is the domestic partner of a child if the person lives with the child in a close personal relationship;
family member in relation to a child means—
a spouse or domestic partner of the child; or
a parent or guardian of the child; or
a person held to be related to the child according to Aboriginal or
Torres Strait Islander kinship rules and observances;
spouse—a person is the spouse of a child if the person is legally married to the child;
treatment order—see section 54B(1)(b).
