54I Detention
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a detention order made in relation to a child does not authorise the detention of a child in a place other than an assessment service or a treatment service.
(2)
If the child is, during the period of the detention order, otherwise subject to a period of detention in a training centre (the
other detention), the child may be detained in a training centre for the purposes of the detention order (but only during the period of the other detention).
