43 Forfeiture of dangerous substance upon conviction
(1)
If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act, the court may order that any dangerous substance in relation to which the offence was committed and that is the property of that person be forfeited to the Crown.
(2)
Any dangerous substance forfeited to the Crown may be disposed of in such manner as the Minister may direct and, if any dangerous substance is disposed of by way of sale, the proceeds of the sale will be paid into the Consolidated Account.
