23D Prohibited restrictive practices
(1)
The
Governor may, by regulation, prohibit the use of restrictive practices of a specified kind (prohibited restrictive practices) for the purposes of this Part.
(2)
Nothing in this Part authorises the use of a prohibited restrictive practice.
