23E Limits on kinds of restrictive practices that may be used by person
Nothing in this Part authorises a person to use a restrictive practice of a particular kind if—
(a)
a condition or limitation on the authorisation of the person under this Part prevents the person from using such a restrictive practice; or
(b)
the person does not hold an authorisation (however described) required under any other Act or law to use such a restrictive practice.
