82 Prohibiting offender from involvement with explosives
(1)
A court may, on finding a person guilty of an offence against this Act or on declaring a person charged with an offence against this Act liable to supervision under Part 8A of the Criminal
Law Consolidation Act 1935, order that the person is prohibited, to a specified extent for a specified period or until further order, from involvement in a specified activity involving explosives or specified explosives.
(2)
A person who contravenes an order under this section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty:
(a)
in the case of an individual—$50 000 or imprisonment for
2 years, or both;
(b)
in the case of a body corporate—$250 000.
