This

Law does not apply with respect to a relevant health profession during the period starting on the commencement day and ending on

30 June 2011.

The following Parts of this Law do not apply with respect to a relevant health profession during the period starting on 1 July 2011 and ending on 30 June 2012—

Part 7, other than Division 10;

Part 8 to Part 11.

Despite subsection (2)(a), a person does not commit an offence against a provision of

Division 10 of Part 7 merely because, before 1 July 2012, the person—

takes or uses a title, name, initial, symbol, word or description that, having regard to the circumstances in which it is taken or used, indicates or could be reasonably understood to indicate that the person is authorised or qualified to practise in a relevant health profession; or

uses a title that is listed in the Table to section 113 opposite a relevant health profession.
