302 Application of Law to appointment of first National Board for relevant professions
Despite section 34(2), a person is eligible for appointment as a practitioner member of the first National Board for a relevant health profession if the person—
(a)
is registered in the profession under a law of a participating jurisdiction; or
(b)
holds a qualification that entitles the person to registration in the profession under a law of a participating jurisdiction; or
(c)
is otherwise eligible to apply for or hold registration in the profession under the law of a participating jurisdiction.
