13 Principal Registrar

(1)

The Principal Registrar is the Court's chief administrative officer.

(2)

A person cannot be appointed to the office of Principal Registrar, nor can a person holding that office be dismissed or reduced in status, except on the recommendation, or with the concurrence, of the Chief

Magistrate.
