36 Delegations
(1)
For the purposes of section 15B(2)(e) of the Act, the
Minister may delegate any of the Minister's functions—
(a)
to a scheme entity; or
(b)
to another specified body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position).
(2)
A delegation under this regulation—
(a)
may be absolute or conditional; and
(b)
does not derogate from the power of the Minister to act in any particular matter; and
(c)
is revocable at will by the Minister.
