38 Variation of licence conditions
For the purposes of section 15B(2)(m) of the Act, it will be a condition of a TNSP's licence issued under Part 3 Division 1 of the Electricity
Act 1996 that the TNSP will comply with the requirements of an initial contribution notice or contribution notice under these regulations.
