20 Minister to have care, control etc of golf course for declared period
The care, control, management and use of the land comprising the
North Adelaide Golf Course vests in the Minister (to the extent that it is not already so vested) for the declared period for an approved event and the rights or interests of any other person in or in relation to the land are suspended for the declared period.
