25 Application of Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
Subject to subsection (2), all development proposed to be undertaken by or with the permission of the Minister on land comprising the
North Adelaide Golf Course will be taken to be classified by the Planning and
Design Code as deemed‑to‑satisfy development for the purposes of the Planning, Development and
Infrastructure Act 2016.
If the Minister certifies that particular works to be undertaken on land comprising the North Adelaide Golf Course or an approved event support zone are necessary or desirable in connection with the conduct of an approved event, the provisions of the Planning,
Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 do not apply to or in relation to the works.
