24 Application of certain laws to events and activities
(1)
The following Acts or laws do not apply to, or in relation to, the land comprising the North Adelaide Golf Course during the declared period for an approved event:
(a)
the Environment Protection
Act 1993;
(b)
any regulations or by-laws made under the Local
Government Act 1934 or the Local
Government Act 1999.
(2)
No activity carried on by or with the permission of the Minister on land comprising the North Adelaide Golf Course will constitute a nuisance under any Act or law or a local nuisance under the Local Nuisance and Litter Control
Act 2016.
