24 Obstruction
A person shall not—
(a)
without lawful excuse obstruct, hinder or resist the Ombudsman or other person in the exercise or performance of powers or functions conferred by or under this Act; or
(b)
without lawful excuse fail or refuse to comply with any lawful requirement of the Ombudsman or any other person under this Act;
or
(c)
wilfully make any statement that is false or untrue in a material particular to the Ombudsman or any other person acting in the exercise of powers under this Act.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $2 000.
