The Director may, at any time, by written notice to the association, revoke the approval of an association under this section.

If the Director—

refuses to grant an approval to an association under subsection (1); or

revokes the approval of an association under subsection (2), the association may apply to the Minister for a review of that decision.

The Minister may determine the application as the Minister thinks fit and, if the Minister finds in favour of the applicant, grant or preserve the approval (as appropriate).
