98 Powers of attorney
A person cannot do the following for or on behalf of another (other than a corporation) under a power of attorney:
(a)
apply for a precious stones prospecting permit; or
(b)
prospect, or peg out an area for a tenement; or
(c)
give notice of a pegging; or
(d)
apply for the registration or renewal of a tenement.
