78 Entry in Register constitutes notice
An entry in the Register of any particular fact concerning a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership, including any entry stating the effect of any notice received by the Commission—
(a)
is sufficient notice of the fact or of the effect of the notice to all persons who deal with the partnership; and
(b)
has effect, for the purposes of section 36(2), as if it were an advertisement in the Gazette.
