The Governor may make such regulations as are contemplated by this

Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), those regulations may—

provide for the keeping of records by a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership; and

provide for information or copies of records or documents required to be provided to the Commission by a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership; and

provide for the form in which any record required under this Act to be kept is to be kept; and

fix and provide for the payment of fees (including fees for the late lodging of documents) to be paid by any person under this Part;

fix a fine, not exceeding $2 500, for contravention of or non-compliance with any regulation.

The regulations may exempt, or provide for the exemption of, any person or class of persons or any other matter or thing from any specified provision or provisions of this Act or the regulations, in such circumstances (if any) and subject to such conditions (if any) as may be specified or referred to in the regulations.
