49 Planning database
(1)
The
Chief Executive is to establish and maintain an electronic database (the SA planning database) that produces, by gaining access to—
(a)
the state planning policies; and
(b)
the
Planning Rules; and
(c)
any relevant land management agreements; and
(d)
other instruments and documents as the Chief Executive thinks fit, textual and spatial information that identifies the planning policies, rules and information that apply to specific places within the State under this Act.
(2)
The
SA planning database must be accessible on the SA planning portal.
