53 Online delivery of planning services
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the online delivery of planning and assessment services and information in relation to such things as—
(a)
the lodging of applications, documents and information under this Act;
and
(b)
the assessment of categories of development; and
(c)
the issuing or registration of development authorisations; and
(d)
the provision or publication of information.
