Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016

A version of a statutory instrument published on the SA planning portal and certified in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the regulations by the Chief Executive (including a consolidation of a statutory instrument as at a particular day) will be presumed, in the absence of proof to the contrary, to be a complete and accurate record of the statutory instrument (or the statutory instrument as amended or consolidated) and in force on the relevant day specified on the SA planning portal (and so may be relied on for the purposes of this Act).

Any information produced on the SA planning database as to the application of planning policies, rules and information to a specified place within the State will be presumed, in the absence of proof to the contrary, to be accurate and correct (and so may be relied on for the purposes of this Act).
