30 Variation of registration
(1)
The Minister may vary the terms or conditions of an importer's registration by written notice to the importer as the Minister considers appropriate.
(2)
The Minister's power under this section may be exercised on the
Minister's own initiative or on the application of the registered importer and payment of the prescribed fee.
