33 Offence
A person must not bring or introduce into the State plants or plant related products for sale or any other commercial purpose except as authorised by registration granted under this Division.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty:
(a)
in the case of a body corporate—$20 000;
(b)
in the case of a natural person—$5 000.
Expiation fee:
(a)
in the case of a body corporate—$500;
(b)
in the case of a natural person—$315.
