Schedule 1Application of Part 7 of Act (regulation 14)
10 South Australian Housing Trust
(1)
Part 7 of the Act, as modified by subclause (2), applies in relation to an employee of the Chief Executive of the South Australian Housing Trust if the employee is bound by—
(a)
the S.A. Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award;
or
(b)
the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement:
Salaried 2021.
(2)
For the purposes of subclause (1), Part 7 of the Act is modified so that sections 45(3) and 54(3) do not apply to an employee referred to in that subsection.
