Schedule 1Application of Part 7 of Act (regulation 14)
8 Health Care Act 2008
(1)
Part 7 of the Act, as modified by subclause (2), applies in relation to an employee of an employing authority under the Health
Care Act 2008 if—
(a)
the employee is bound by the South Australian Public Sector
Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021; or
(b)
the employee is employed in executive level administrative duties.
(2)
For the purposes of subclause (1), section 45(3) of the Act does not apply in relation to an employee referred to in that subclause.
