11 No action to be instituted after Public Trustee has obtained administration
Subject to this Act, after the grant of administration to the
Public Trustee, or the making of an order authorising the Public Trustee to administer the estate of a deceased person, no person may institute an action or other proceeding for the administration of the estate, and any such action or proceeding previously commenced will, on the application of the Public
Trustee, be stayed on such terms as the Court thinks fit.
