12 Administrator pendente lite
(1)
The Court may appoint the Public Trustee to be the administrator of the estate of a deceased person until an action relating to the validity of the will of the deceased, or for obtaining or revoking a grant of probate or administration, is determined.
(2)
If appointed as administrator under this section, the Public
Trustee is subject to control and direction by the Court in the administration of the estate.
