51 Annual reports
(1)
The Public Trustee must, within three months after the end of each financial year, deliver to the Minister a report on the Public Trustee's operations during that financial year.
(2)
The report must—
(a)
incorporate the audited accounts and financial statements of the
Public Trustee for the financial year; and
(b)
contain any other information required by or under the provisions of this or any other Act.
(3)
The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before both
Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after his or her receipt of the report.
