53 Certificate by Public Trustee of appointment to act
A certificate executed by the Public Trustee certifying that the
Public Trustee has been appointed or otherwise empowered to act in a specified capacity will be accepted in any proceedings, in the absence of proof to the contrary, as proof of the matters so certified.
