223C Power of Registrar-General to reject
Notwithstanding any direction given or action taken by the Registrar-General in relation to any application made under this Part the
Registrar-General may reject the application if the applicant fails to comply to his satisfaction, within such time as to him seems reasonable, with any requisition which he has made in regard to such application.
