223H Notice of amendment of title
On amending a certificate under this Part, the Registrar‑General must give notice in writing of the amendment to the registered proprietor of, and to all persons appearing in the Register Book to have an interest in, the land included in that certificate, and the
Registrar‑General may, in his or her discretion, issue a new certificate with an amended description.
