Alterations of certificate in bringing land under this Act

In force

On bringing any land under this Act, the Registrar-General, without any specific application for the purpose, may amend the certificate relating to any other land, if by reason of error in survey or misdescription any land is included in that certificate which the

Registrar-General is satisfied should be included in the certificate issued for the land so brought under this Act.
