11 The Corporation's operations, management and procedures
(1)
Regulations may be made governing—
(a)
the Corporation's operations; and
(b)
the management of its activities; and
(c)
the internal procedures of the Corporation.
(2)
In the absence of a regulation governing a particular matter, the Corporation will itself determine how a particular matter is to be dealt with.
