12 Membership of Corporation
(1)
Each stakeholder is a member of the Corporation.
(2)
A stakeholder has the voting rights at a meeting of the members of the Corporation fixed by regulation.
(3)
The voting rights attach to the stakeholder so that—
(a)
if there is a change in the identity of the stakeholder, the voting rights automatically attach to the new stakeholder without transfer; and
(b)
the voting rights cannot be alienated in any other way.
