13 Meetings of the members
(1)
A member of the Corporation may attend a meeting of the Corporation personally or by proxy.
(2)
A quorum at a meeting of the Corporation is to be constituted as required under the regulations and no business may be transacted at a meeting unless a quorum is present.
(3)
A decision carried by a majority of the votes cast by the members present personally or by proxy at a meeting of the Corporation is a decision of the Corporation.
