Permitting drunkenness and disorderly conduct

A person who keeps premises where provisions or refreshments are sold or consumed and who knowingly permits drunkenness or disorderly conduct to take place on those premises is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $750.

In this section—

premises includes a shop, restaurant or other premises to which the public are admitted.
