53 Offence to hinder or obstruct
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct a person in the exercise of a power conferred by this Act. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 6 fine.
(2)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made by a person for the purposes of an investigation under this Act. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 6 fine.
