59A Parties to proceedings before Tribunal
(1)
The Surveyor‑General and the Institution of Surveyors are entitled to be joined as parties to any proceedings before the Tribunal under this Act.
(2)
The Surveyor‑General may appear personally in any such proceedings or may be represented at any proceedings by counsel or a person employed in the Public Service.
