62 Service of notices
A notice to be given under this Act may be given—
by personal service on the person or agent of the person;
or
by leaving it for the person at the person's place of residence or business with someone apparently over the age of 16 years; or
by sending it by post to the person or agent of the person at the person's last known address, or by leaving it in the letterbox to which it would have been delivered if so posted.
Where a notice is to be given under this Act to a person with a registered interest in land and it is not reasonably practicable for it to be given in accordance with subsection (1), the notice may be given by leaving it in a conspicuous position on the land.
